Payment and Reservation Policy
Payment is required
no later than 1 week prior to the start of the training class. You may pay by check
made payable to ENPRO Consulting, Inc., by credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express) with 10% upcharge, or purchase order with
pre-approved credit. Please do not send cash.
Prices quoted on open enrollment schedule are valid through December
Confirmation of your
registration, a course syllabus, and directions to the
training location will be emailed to
you upon receipt of the payment or at least 10 business days
prior to the class. Please note that all classes are subject
to cancellation at least 10 business days before the class due
to low enrollment. If you have not received a written
confirmation at least 10 business days before class, please
contact our Training Coordinator for more information. We
recommend that travel or hotel arrangements are not made until
written confirmation of a class has been received.
Cancellation, Substitutions, and Rescheduling
Open-enrollment training courses are first-come, first-served,
so early registration is strongly recommended. If you must
cancel your registration, another employee is welcome to take
your place, but please contact us and notify us of the change.
If you cannot find another employee to take your place,
cancellations made with less than 5 business days to the start
of the class are not refundable. However, you may
reschedule your training to another available class within 12
months of the original course date.
Special Interest and Attire
The dress code at
all open enrollment classes is casual business attire.
Class begins promptly at 8:30 am and will finish at 4:30 pm
unless otherwise noted. Please contact your training
instructor to confirm times.
